We are seeking an Estimator/Business and Sales Development Consultant. The successful
individual will secure the business objective. The successful candidate will lead the
development of sales strategies and ensure profitable and competitive price increases.
While focusing on Superior Quality Service, the Estimator/ Business and Sales
Development Consultant will strategize and execute a plan to maximize business by
providing estimates in a timely manner and following up accordingly.

Experience:

LOVE TO HAVE SKILLS:
 2-3 years working in a energy efficiency business

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
 Experience with providing estimates to customers
 Hard working team-player
 Detail oriented
 Dependable
 Maintain valid Drivers’ License during all time of employment

WE OFFER:
 Competitive salary to start (3 months of $55,000-$75,000) depending on experience
and then commission only structure.
 Sunlife Benefits (after 3 months) Employer pays half the premium

This person will be responsible for PEI, NS and NB territories and this position will require
travel.
